If you would like a voting banner, please look on the team your joining to pick one up. 7) I understand that sometimes people get angry or may not like someone for what they believe in whether it be religion or a way of life, but please do not bash another fighter, staff member OR another competition, even to bash on your website will not be allowed. A Website that shows Hate OR Violence is Unacceptable and if you are caught doing this then you will be disqualified. 8) You will also be disqualified for making accusations against ANY fighter in your emails to your VE lists or forwarding another fighter's complaint or accusations to your VE list or to any one supporter. Any one and all involved in these transgressions will be disqualified. "Accusations" meaning, questioning how true a fighter's scores are or accusing a fellow fighter of not voting or cheating without evidence to sustain your complaint to your VE list or trying to turn your VE list against a fellow fighter by making them look ill with your remarks. You can direct your questions to the Webmaster or your Team Leader BUT not to your fellow VE lists or supporters. This is considered bashing and will not be allowed in FF. 9) When sending out mass mailings for vote exchanges or just to friends. You must send them out using BCC (Blind Carbon Copy), your friends and your Vote exchanges do not want their e-mail addresses sent out all over the net. This also helps with others spamming your friends/family/vote exchangers for votes. If you are caught spamming you will be disqualified or suspended from all activities.** **If a fighter is caught spamming and/or bashing (as stated in Rules 8 and 9 and 10 it will be up to either myself, as to whether the fighter will be suspended from all activities here at Fantasy Fights for 2 weeks or whether the fighter will be disqualified from the Fantasy Fights altogether. 10) Fighters must have a guestbook on their site along with a link to their e-mail address. This is so people that are wanting to vote exchange will be able to contact you. It will also allow the Sprites to visit your page and tell you what a great job you are doing. 11) If you would like to exchange votes with other fighters you must visit their homepages to get their email address and ask them if they would like to vote exchange. And let's not forget to sign there guestbook to let them know you have visited them. 12) All images on your site must be uploaded to your own server. If you are posting a graphic using the url of the originating site, that is bandwidth stealing and you can be disqualified. 13) On your home team their must be a minimum of TWO fighters in Levels 2 and 3 for the ring to run, Level 1 (Qualifying level) can run with only 1 fighter. The Enchanted Levels ring requires a minimum of TWO fighters. The Inspiring Heights, which is the top ring will NOT run unless there are a minimum of THREE fighters operating in the ring. The ring will be put on hold until three fighters are present. 14) LOA is allowed at Fantasy Fights, please note though that if a fighter requires LOA they must contact their Team Leader ASAP and before voting has commenced as LOA may not be taken once voting has started. If you wish to go on a LOA in the Enchanted Levels round you must let your team leader know by 5pm on Sundays so that our Webmistress Mikala can be notified in time before updates in the Levels are made. If any LOA request comes in after Voting has commenced, it cannot be honored and you will need to see through the week and take LOA after voting has completed for that week. This also goes for all team levels. You are allowed a 2 week LOA, however if more time is required, you will need to discuss the matter with your Team Leader and it will be up to their discretion. If a lengthy LOA is required, then you may need to return back to Level 1 on your team to recommence once you have returned from your lengthy LOA. Please note that there is no LOA allowed in the Inspiring Heights, however, sometimes there are circumstances beyond anyone's control and an Emergency LOA may be required due to illness etc. If competing in the Inspiring Heights and an emergency is required, please contact your Team Leader ASAP or our Webmistress, as to whether LOA is the best option to take. If LOA is given, the fighter will need to be returned back to the Enchanted Levels and LOA taken there until fighter is able to return. Once the fighter has returned, they will need to compete again in the Enchanted Levels. Again no LOA can be taken by a fighter in the Inspiring Heights. 15) If a fighter decides to leave Fantasy Fights, they must contact their Team Leader ASAP so that their leader can reflect their departure by removing their site details from the team's pages and roster and also mark their site as "DBR", however if a fighter has DBR and wishes to return to Fantasy Fights they must resign up their site once again and will have to start all over again from level 1 on their team.
